Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Period: The Isora Resort New Year’s Eve Package is available for overnight stays exclusively from December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025. For guests who wish to extend their stay before or beyond January 1, please contact us through our official communication channels or visit https://www.isoraresort.com/contact-us.

2. Rates: The New Year’s Eve Package is priced at Php18,000 per room, accommodating up to four guests per room. Each room includes a premier overnight stay with full-board meals.

3. Inclusions:
New Year’s Eve stays include the following special features:
- Welcome Snacks
- Pre-Dinner Happy Hour (2 hours, includes three drink options and mixed nuts)
- Festive New Year’s Eve Dinner Feast (see menu below)
- NYE Countdown Celebration with fireworks and cocktails
- Holiday Breakfast Banquet (Buffet)
- Special Giveaway: Pinoy Favorites (Suman and Choco Tablea)

4. Amenities:
Guests will have access to the following amenities during their stay:
- Photo Corner
- Pool
- Tennis Court (access only, subject to availability; reservation encouraged)
- Pickle Ball (subject to availability; reservation encouraged)
- Kayak (subject to availability; reservation encouraged)
- KTV (subject to availability; reservation encouraged)

5. Special Dining Experience for Fully Booked Dates: If Isora Resort is fully booked on December 31, 2024, guests will enjoy an enhanced dining experience:
- Lechon will be included in the dinner feast.

6. Availability: All bookings are subject to availability, and Isora Resort reserves the right to limit the number of New Year's Eve Packages available for any given date.

7. Reservation: Reservations for the New Year's Eve Package must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team through our official communication channels or visit https://www.isoraresort.com/contact-us to reserve your package and provide the required information.

8. Payment: Full payment for the New Year's Eve Package is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made through the accepted payment methods specified by Isora Resort.

9. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations within 1 day prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% per room.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, subject to discretion.

10. Modification Policy: Any modifications to the New Year's Eve Package, including changes in the number of participants or the addition of optional services, must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

11. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

12. Strictly No Walk-In Guests: Isora Resort will not accommodate walk-in guests who are not part of the guest list. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that all visitors be included in the guest list in advance.

13. Children Policy: Children aged 3 and above will be counted as one guest for booking purposes. Please include them in your reservation to help us prepare for your stay and provide the best service possible.

14. Resort Policies: Guests are also subject to the general resort policies and terms and conditions, which can be provided upon request or are available on the resort's website.

By booking the Isora Resort New Year's Eve Package, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Isora Resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary and without prior notice.
